Earth Squad is a global community of outdoor lovers committed to keeping nature clean and wild. As an Earth Squad member, you’ll take action to preserve natural spaces by picking up trash once a month, joining a movement of like-minded individuals who believe that small efforts add up to big change. Plus, as a member, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks, discounts, and opportunities to be part of something bigger.
How to Join Earth Squad
Clean Up
Head to your favorite parks, lakes, rivers, trails, or urban spaces and pick up litter at least once a month, especially on our designated Impact Days. Every piece of trash removed makes a difference!
Record Your Impact
After each cleanup, log your collected trash on the Earth Squad Impact Form to help us track and measure the collective impact of our community.

What It Means to Be an Earth Squad Member
- Pick up trash at least once a month in your favorite wild or urban spaces.
- Post once a month on Instagram on designated Impact Days to share your efforts.
- Record your cleanups through the Earth Squad Impact Form to track our collective impact.
- Commit to at least 4 months of active participation, with the option to continue beyond that.
Earth Squad members who meet all requirements will automatically continue in the program. However, inactive members will need to re-sign up. If you’d like to opt out, just send us a message—no questions asked!

There are just a few! You must:
- Be 13 years or older (younger members accepted with a guardian)
- Be active on Instagram (posting at least once in the last 4 weeks)
- Follow @EarthSquad on Instagram
- Be willing to pick up trash outdoors at least once a month
