Domestic Exchange and Refund Procedures

Complimentary Exchanges and Refunds Within 45 Days - We accept items for return or exchange that are in their original, unused condition. This policy applies if:
- The item does not fit as expected.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
- The item is found to be defective upon receipt.
- You have decided on a different product instead.
- You have reconsidered your purchase for any other reason.
Procedure for Returning Promotional Items
To handle returns of items purchased during a promotion, such as Buy One, Get One (BOGO), gifts with purchase, or product bundles, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@wildcause.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Promotional Adjustments: The refund amount will reflect the original item price minus the proportional discount applied to the entire order. For instance, in a BOGO offer, if you return one item from the pair, the refund will be adjusted based on the discount received.
- Return Entire Sets for Full Refunds: To qualify for a full refund, all items from a promotional bundle must be returned together.
Warranty Claims
If your product develops a defect or exhibits excessive wear under normal usage conditions, we are ready to assist. Please contact us at support@wildcause.com with your order number and detailed photographs documenting the issue. Our team is dedicated to resolving such matters efficiently, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
Limitations on Returns
Extended Guarantee Details
- We stand by the quality of our products with a guarantee that extends 365 days from the date of purchase. During this period, we offer replacements or store credit for items that develop defects beyond normal wear and tear.
- Please note that items marked as "final sale," as well as stickers, patches, or gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged. Complete promotional sets must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
International Exchange and Refund Guidelines
To initiate an exchange or refund for international orders, start the process within 45 days of purchase, ensuring the item is in new and unused condition.
Contact our international customer service at support@wildcause.com. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping, including customs duties and taxes.
Store credit for the value of the returned product will be issued after we have received and processed the return.
