How much does shipping cost?

All domestic orders exceeding $100 are eligible for FREE economy shipping. For orders under this amount, shipping rates are determined by the carrier.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We process orders within 2 business days, assuming your address has been verified and all items are available. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders ship from Greenville, South Carolina. Delivery times may vary:

• Economy Shipping: Up to 6 business days.
• Preferred Shipping: Approximately 1-3 business days.

Can I expedite my order?

An option for Preferred Shipping, which prioritizes your order, is available at an additional cost. Orders selected with this method typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping. Please be aware that orders placed on or after Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

What about orders shipping to APO addresses?

Orders to APO addresses are treated with the same shipping options as orders within the continental United States.

Canada

• Free Shipping: Orders of $120 or more qualify for free shipping via International Priority.
• Standard Shipping: Orders under $120 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $24.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days once your address is confirmed and items are available. Customers will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and we advise checking with your local customs office for specific costs. Refunds for shipping costs are not available if shipments are refused due to unexpected import fees.
